Why do we need a meeting before I book the service?

Every relocation is different. A family moving to a villa in Sintra has different needs than a digital nomad in a Lisbon apartment. We meet first (virtually or in person) to discuss your specific location, your priorities, and your timeline. This ensures that when our “clock” starts, we are efficient and focused on exactly what you need.

How does the €55/hour pricing work?

I believe in fair, transparent pricing. The rate is €55 per hour, billed for the time we spend together setting up your services or touring your neighborhood.

• Minimum Booking: I usually recommend a minimum of 2 hours to ensure we can actually get things accomplished (like a trip to the SIM card shop and the supermarket).
• Travel Costs: For sessions within Cascais/Estoril/Lisbon, travel time is generally included, but we can confirm this during our initial talk.

Can you guarantee that my electricity/internet will be working immediately?

While I cannot control the scheduling of the utility companies (some require a technician to visit), I can guarantee that the applications will be submitted correctly, in your name, and followed up on. Being a local speaker helps prevent the common delays caused by language barriers or missing documentation.

Do you provide the transport during our sessions?

This depends on your preference! We can use your vehicle, use public transport (if you want to learn the routes), or use ride-sharing services like Bolt/Uber. We will decide the best “mode of exploration” during our discovery meeting.

What if I need help with something not listed, like a gym or a school?

Just ask! My goal is to make your stay “smooth and happy.” If you need help finding a local yoga studio, a reliable vet, or the best place to buy organic groceries, I am happy to include those stops in our itinerary.
